Basically we know health is wealth. So if you want to keep your body so well, obviously you should be eaten the best healthy food. There are lot's of foods in the world. But Which is the best for boys or which is the perfect for weight loss do you know or have idea about this matters. Then you can share with full description like why this is the best, how much calories have into their ect.

That's actually not a bad list. Kids are growing and developing so it's very important to include all food groups and to never to cut out any food groups for any reason other than a medical issue and this is what their doctor has advised. Children need a well balance diet and to be taught a healthy relationship with food. For example, that treats are OK, but not what they should be eating all day long. They learn from adults, so if we have an unhealthy relationship with food (like cutting out food groups or doing fad diets), they likely will, too.
