Whey Protein?

As I stated in my other thread, i'm 17, and I've statred working out, but i know that I need a high protein diet to gain muscle. Some people reccomended a whey protein drink. So I went out and bought a smaller size jar of the stuff. It says it has 21 grams of protein per serving. I drink it once a day, after working out, and with breakfast on my days off. I'm just wondering if many people use these protein drinks, and if you reccomend that I keep using it. Of course I still eat regular food, but I have no time to make something with a lot of protein when i get home from the gym at 10:30 at night.

Lots of people swear by Whey proteins. They are very helpful. Read the sticky FAQ on Whey.

You may want to consider taking 2 servings post work-out. 21g may not be enough post work-out (depending on how hard you train, diet and size).
