Ok, here goes.
I love special k
It's the breakfast of champions, or so I like to think hehe.
I think the hardest part of dieting for me, here lately, has been late night cravings. I can go strong all day, stick with some sort of a plan and stay within my calorie limit and then at night nothing sounds better than popcorn, or fruit, or really anything. It's frustrating. Another dieting flaw I have is lack of motivation to exercise. This is probably because the only free time I usually have is at night, and by then I'm so tired I don't feel like moving, much less sweating! I live near my parents and thankfully they've recently purchased an eliptical, so I'm hoping to get some serious use out of that. I just have to make it up in my mind that I want the weight gone, and get off my butt *sigh*.
I think I might try to make up some Crystal Light popcicles. That way at night when I want something sweet or whatever, I just just eat a couple cubes, get very few calories, and hopefully get the cravings to stop.
If anyone else has any "after supper" tricks up their sleeves, I would really appreciate them!
