Where to start?

Hey guys.

Im currently 6'1 and 165 pounds and am fairly toned for my age.

I just want to get bigger as all my mates are doing weights and im not sure where to start?
Dont want to go to the gym with them cause ill make myself look like an idiot... Someone help please!?

Pretty much eat what usual teenagers eat:

Breaky - cereal
Morning Tea/Lunch - fruit, sandwhiches, bisquits. The usual school lunch.
DInner - almost anything.

Start with learning how muscle gain really works and what it takes to put on muscle. Otherwise you'll waste days or even weeks of your life doing things that simply don't fkn matter.

For example

- eat more than you burn (ie work out your daily energy expenditure - there are lots of calculators that can help you do this. I use fatlossboss.com/calculator)
- how to send your body the message to 'grow' (resistance training/ what weights to lift)
- master good form - ie make sure you learn how to lift weights in a safe and correct way so that you grow the most AND don't injure yourself.
