where to find good basic calorie list online?

Hi, I want to start counting calories. Where can I find a good calorie list online , or book to order)? I really want one with basic foods, not the lists that include fast food, frozrn dinners, ect. Thanks
 
I use fitday.com to log my food into but sometimes they don't have the things or places i eat from so i use this site to get the nurition info from and it allows you to plug directly into fitday.com but you have to be logged in.
