I know that I have read the answer to my question SOMEWHERE on this forum but I cant find it and would be really greatful if someone could get back to me.... or let me know where it is on the forum...

Is it last on last off??....

I somehow read last on first off. Haha. My bad, again. The quote was right there, too. Hahahaha. I fail. :D

I understand I have no control of where my body decides to strip fat from but think all this stuff is really interesting and wanted to see if the "theory" is correct!.....
