Where Do I Go From Here?

Hey everyone, i'm pretty new here and this is my dilemma...about 2 years ago i was around 240 pounds and am now down to about 155... I'm 20 years old and 5'8, i feel like i'm am in decent shape but there is still loose flabby skin that kind of hangs around my mid-section and butt. what i would like to know is if i should cut calories and do cardio to try and burn off that fat (if it isn't just loose skin), or if i should turn to weight training and try to put on muscle mass to fill in those spots a bit. and if both, which should i do first?... i lost most of the weight during the first year then continued a low calorie diet but exercised less after that to get to where i am today. take a look at these pictures and let me know what you think...loose skin or flab? weights or cardio?

Hey man, congrats on the weight loss!
What's happened is that you've lost a bit of muscle mass from the weight loss, so now you've got more skin there than muscle to cling to. I would definitely work on getting some of that mass back. Hit the weights hard, up your calories, then cycle it back down doing less weight and more reps, and cutting your calories to blast away the remaining little fat pockets. By summer you'll have a nice six pack going!

Awesome! been doing a 2 day per week split workout to get into it...and have upped the calories, been eating a lot of chicken and whey for protein, and try to go for natural carbs like sweet potato and oatmeal a lot of greens too. plan on adding a 3rd day of weights next week. Thanks for the encouragement!
