Where do I find it?

There is some kind of guide on this site to help with showing how each rep should be done on each exercise. it helps you decide if you want to split the workouts or do full body work outs. Where do I go?

Losing my mind-nevermind

Someone had posted this website to help with finding the right fitness routines. This is what I was looking for!
 
most of the exercises there are done correctly...a few show less than perfect form (like squats).

use it as a starting point, and just start working with free weights. when you move the weights with the right muscles, you'll feel it.
