just wondering where i can find out my ideal weight for my height etc.

anybody know any websites?

Check out the BMI calculator in the Weight Loss Forum section ... it's in tools and calculators - it should give you a rough estimate. Remember though that it's not taking muscle mass, etc. into consideration so it's not the ideal way to figure that out but it'll give you the closest aprooximation.
