Start seeing results when you where weight training?
I'm gonna start lifting very soon (ordering them some time this week) and will be increasing my intake of protein, perhaps having a few protein shakes too.
After how long did you first tense your muscles and think "Wow, thats gotten big" ?
Just curious, as anyone would be when they start
