hey all--nowhere around me does exact body fat measurements, so im hoping someone can give me an estimate? abs aren't showing without flexing quite yet---but am I close to 10% body fat?

Pretty close, but like i always say, doesn't matter what a % says. Do you like it? Are you happy with your size? If not cut down, or bulk up.

thanks leip! it's an odd predicament...the fat's coming off everywhere but below my navel. ive asked LV and tony what they thought, and they said either 10% or very close...

i always thought abs showing was a landmark of 10%...mine don't show yet!
