Hi everyone, My name is Terrence. I am a Life and Wellness Coach. I have a very keen interest in health and fitness but it certainly wasn't always like that. I spent the majority of my twenties unhealthy, making poor food and alcohol choices and now in reflection, I realize that I was very toxic. It took a couple of years but I was able to shed 40lbs and create my Ideal Life. I spent almost 4 years trying to quit smoking and when I finally took action, I had an adverse reaction to the nicotine patch. It took my staff witnessing me in the back of an ambulance before I had my call to action to make a serious change. I'm curious to know what your call to action was. What made you decide to make a change. How are you doing it? What kind of support system do you have? What is working for you and what hasn't been successful. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Remember, SUCCESS IS YOURS!!
