whats up with my forearms???

:confused: ok ive been working out for about 5months now and since 2 or 3 weeks ago when ever i forearm curl or do dumbar curls when i let go of the weight something in my forearm hurts!!!! whats up?

I have the same thing happen to my shoulders when doing cable fly's, I dont know why though. Anything that targets my shoulders, I dont really feel pain while doing the movement, but when I let go of the weight and relax my shoulders, I feel some burning(not really burning but hard to explain). Im also curious as to why this is.
 
kevin12889 - most bicep exercises work your forearm as well.


uthscsa19 - fly's will work your front delt as well as your pec's, that is why you feel the burning in your shoulder.
 
That pain mains that you are putting strong pressure on the bone. It hurts in the bone right, and feels like it's going to crack? Same thing happens to me as well, just don't push too hard, eventually your bone will get used to the pressure and get stronger as a result.
