Whats up w/ my scale after workouts?!

Long story short, today I weighed in at 140, did my 1 1/2 mile run and 2 1/2 mile fast pased walk. Then weighed in at 138.
Now im not complaining here, but WHAT IS UP?
Do I enjoy my after workout weight, or believe what my first morning weight says that is higher?! and WHY is it fluctuating like that?!
 
You are putting faaaarrrrrr too much emphasis on the scale.

Even if you say you're not, simply by spending the time to worry enough to ask this question says you are.
 
You're asking why it went down? Fat/Sweat loss. also any visits to the toilet before the second weighing will reduce your weight. Fat will be the smallest amount of the weight change.

its water weight from sweating. you are actually dehydrating your body during exercise and you rehydrate when you drink afterward.
