What's up, strangers

I had to get some nutritional issues cleared up and I went through some other things...my dad had quadruple bypass surgery for one. I haven't stopped. In fact I've decided I'm going back to get some schoolin' and I'm going to be a trainer when my kids are both in school. Here are recent pics. Chillen, I integrated a lot of the ideas you gave me, but I gravitated toward more of a targeted "ketogenic" diet. I'm not sure I ever actually entered ketosis, but I eat about 90-100 g net carbs a day (maybe 130-135 total) mostly targeted before and after workouts My caloric intake is down to 3500 per day.

I don't want to be a bodybuilder. I'm pretty happy with what I've done. I like to run, lift and have the physique basically of a fitness/underwear model. Muscular, but not a lot of bulk.

Here are recent pics taken recently on or around my 34th birthday:

I am so glad to see you posting Gooch. Sorry to hear about your nutritional issues. Are these related to the comments you made in our journal?

How is your dad doing?

I haven't stopped. In fact I've decided I'm going back to get some schoolin' and I'm going to be a trainer when my kids are both in school.

You will be an ultimately-fantastic one! Go for it, dude! :)

Messing with the contents of your diet and/or manipulating the carbohydrate (calories) has leaned you out. GREAT JOB!

Where are you keeping your fat grams? Like we discussed earlier (with your unique metabolism), you "could" keep a higher carbohydrate intake and still induce the outcome you want. What are the rep ranges on the exercises you do? Better yet, what training program are you following?

If you want some ideas (for training) to "assist" with lowering (key-word) glucose stores to assist with ketosis, let me know. I will generate a few for ya.

Wes and I started a new journal. You can join us if you want. Let me know one way or the other. If you do not have the time, this is cool.

An admirable goal, young man, for a person I respect much. You have done a great job the last few weeks, and have much to be proud of.

Again, glad to see you back. Hope your Father is doing well.

Best wishes

Chillen

Welcome back! If you wanna talk about pop's bypass surgery and how it will affect his life, pm me. Unfortunately, I know a lot about bypass and open heart surgeries.
