Whats up guys - First, a little about me....



Age - 25

Weight - 192 lbs

Target weight - 160 (for now)

Height - 5'8

Location - North Carolina

Hobbies - Photography, Vlogging





So...Thats pretty much me in a nutshell :) I've started vlogging my weight loss "journey" to keep myself motivated. So far, its working, although im only on my 2nd video. I look forward to hanging out on here making friends and searching for advice ;)

Have you included exercise in your regimen?


Your target weight is eminently achievable. Several years ago, I was in a similar position, 180 lbs with target of 155 lbs. It took me about seven months (without really changing much in my diet or doing much exercise) to lose 20 lbs relying on a diet supplement that seemed to be working at the time. Although, I wouldn't recommend that path today.


Since that time, I've changed my diet and added intensity type exercises (as I'm getting older and exercise helps to lessen the aches and pains of the aging process) and have never been in better shape. I weigh about 150 lbs and am a dedicated daily runner. I also lift weights three or four times a week, half an hour at a time. Combined with my diet, this keeps me in very good shape for my size and age.


With simple dietary changes and regular exercise, you can achieve anything you like.
