What's up guys my name is juan aka tank and i here because i want to loose weight. i'm am currently 288 pounds when i started on this quest back in January. i was 320 so i am loosing a little but i know i haven't been loosing as much as should because i don't have a diet plan i eat everything but i don't eat as much as i used too. So I'm just here too look around and possibly get some tips, I've already seen one here who went from 370 to 220 or something like that so i think I'm up for it. I can't do too much running due to a knee injury another reason i have to loose weight to get surgery I've needed this surgery since 2004 when it happened. i currently go to the gym with my sister best work out buddy ever we try to go at least 4 times a week. when i first started i couldn't do a mile now I'm up to 2.5 miles in 25 minutes my goal is to hit 3 miles constantly. so any tips you guys have just let me know any diet plans you guys think i should follow let me know
