What's up everyone!

I'm Jada and I'm 18! I've been a gymnast my entire life up until my senior year when I broke my arm and couldnt compete (but as a Freshman, my high school team wont state :) ). I am now coaching gymnastics and I love it!

I've always been skinny. Never had any weight issues because I've always been so active! But now I don't have practice 5 times a week anymore so I have to make myself work out, which to be honest isn't a big deal for me. I love to work out!

Right now I'm pretty much focused on getting the best body I can. I'm going on a cruise in a few months so I want my body to be in top shape!

I don't have a lot of belly fat, just a small layer thats keeping my abs from really showing through! So abs are kind of my main focus, along with legs and glutes!

I'm very excited to see what this forum can do for me! :)

Nice to meet you. I joined yesterday to get some support and to give what support is needed. I aswell am focusing on my lower stomach... Guess i should work on some nutrition! Nice to meet you and hope you and i find what were looking for in this forum! :)
