Recently began to get back in shape and live a healthier lifestyle. Looking to add people with a similar body type as mine to bounce information off each other. I'm 5 foot 6 inches and weigh 137lbs with 16% body fat. I started the month of June at 150lbs and 20% body fat. I'm close to reducing the running some (I jog 2 miles 4 days a week), tinker with my current diet some (very healthy and balanced low fat, low calorie) and get committed to free weight routines. I have the modest goal to look like Bruce Lee in his prime...lol...modest right?
