whats the best thing to hav 4 breakfast

im not sure whats the best thing to hav 4 breakfast i think special k with bannana is but my friend thinks porrage is. special k has more protein and less fat than porrage but porrage has less sugar but i thought a bit of suger is good 4 u so u can have energy 4 the day i duno. Please help on which one is better and if there is a better breakfast to have. im looking 4 one thats high in protein and low in fat.
 
In my opinion Steel-cut oats (or quick oats if that's all you can get) beat the hell out of Special K for a breakfast meal..and anything else for that matter. So my vote's for porridge.

As to why, most if not all boxed cold cereals are highly processed garbage. Oats are super-food. Also, I personally don't ingest dairy products. I believe our systems aren't properly equipped to handle them and that they cause bloating and health problems.

According to my very personal opinion it is:

- 20 grams whey protein
- 5 grams wheatgerms
- 5 grams beeryeast
- 2 grams creatine
- 5 grams fresh ginger
- 1 chromium pill
- crushed ice
- half a cup of water or fruitjuice.

Lots of protein, good source of fibers, vitamins and minerals.
But beware....after half an hour you must eat something else because this digests like crazy (which is another good part of it)!
 
My breakfast consists of 10 egg whites and real cheese while im cutting. It really all depends on what your goals are.
