breakfast: maple & brown sugar (instant) oatmeal + coffee
snack1: Fit & Lite Vanilla yogurt + mango with cayenne pepper (i like my mango spicey)
lunch: subway 6inch ham & veggie sub + apple
snack2: carrots, cucumbers, and a bit of cottage cheese
dinner: homemade hamburgers made from 97% lean ground beef.
