I'm looking for advice on how to get more tone and definition. I'm pretty satisfied with my weight being at 185lbs., but there's always room for improvement!
Maybe some of you could even let me in on what healthy eating really consists of because I'm winging it as of right now. And it doesn't help that I'm lactose and picky as hell!
