What's a good weight lifting routine with dumbelss?

Hello - Because of the fact I really don't have time to get to the gym enough due to studying and work, I have decided to purchase some dumbells in order to assist me in my weight lifting / body buidling. Now i'm just starting off with this stuff, so does anyone know of a good day-to-day program or excercise routine I could follow with dumbell workouts in order to work all upper muscle groups (especially biceps, triceps, chest, shoulders and back). I'm especially hoping to increase muscle size as much as possible or as much as a dumble will allow me to. Thanks.

well i am in the exact same situation.
ill give you a link, use it and do your exercises, do any exercises you want , i recomend you do between 8-15 exercises each practice, 2 set of each exercise and between 8-14 repetitions.
just remember to work on all the muscles you want.

Hi!
I also started with DBs. Here goes a full-body routine:

Quads: Squat (holding a DB in each hand)
Hams: Straight Leg Deadlift
Pecs: Flat DB press
Back: DB rows
Delts: DB shoulder press
Abs: Crunches (holding weight in the chest)

This routine hits the all body. Biceps are worked in the rows and Triceps in the presses. Of course you can add another exercise or two for giving special atention to Biceps, Triceps or Calfs, but for starting this routine may be all you need. Try to limit your workout time to less than an hour. Don't forget to do 1-3 warmup sets before doing your workout set(s).

You may see the exrx workout templates to design your own workout:

Good luck!
