i need some help i just stop lifting but don't get me wrong i'm still gonna do push-ups,pull-up body weight exercise's cause i'm still a kid no need for me to be bigger then my dad well heres my question the most push-ups i ever did was 40 reps i want to get better at them to the point where i can do about 100 so what's a good way to improve on push-ups and pull-up i can only do 10 chins but i'm happy with that but there's always room for improvment right so please help me out thanks.
