Whats a good meal replacement mix?

With either 1 to 1 ratio in carbs and protein grams? or 2 to 1....with more carbs?? Just to get a quick fix??...any good ones you guys use and like?

I was kinda' hesistant because I'm not a huge fan of cinammon, but the taste is actually really good.
 
I would say to make it homemade - there are great smoothie and bar mixes in the Healthy Recipes section. My personal favorite is:

1 cup oats
2 tbps peanut butter
1 scoop Choco Whey Protein
1 cup milk
1 cup ice

Blend 'er up!
 
Plan ahead. Have chicken or tuna sandwich filler at the ready in the fridge to use when your ni a hurry.

You can add oats (ground) to a protein shake if ur in a real hurry.
