I realize you're 15 - but there's such a thing as forum etiquette -and that involves reading stickied threads before posting questions... just in case someone might have asked the questin already.

The best diet plan is one you can stick with. Period.

it doesn't need to be a prepackaged plan...

It's using more calories than you take in and being aware of your caloric intake - that's being aware of portion sizes.. and making sure that you are getting enough calories for your current heigh/age/weight/activity level.
