my name is katarina im 21 and this is my firs post
my problem may sound weird but i really dont know what to do with myself now. i know that i can find here many specialists who can help me or maybe one of you guys had similiar problem like me.
ok my story:
two years ago ive decided to loose weight as wy weight was 80 kg (176 pounds) that time and my goal was 121.
ive managed to loose 45 pounds and it was great achivement for me but i still had a feeling that sth was still wrong. and i wanted lto loose more and more so i was spending about 8 hours in gym/on treadmiles/on classes etc plus swimming pool(around one hour and half) but nothing helped. i had diet low carb, more proteins and i was taking some supplements. it took me 6 months to loose 45 pounds. after that i had a kind of break i mean i didnt have time and energy to exercise so much and i gained 20 pounds in 3 months. after that ive treied few times to loose weight but i think i was only gaining muscles to be honest with you (and shame on me) i was having a diet for like week and during weekend i was eating so much so i was loosing weight during a week and gaining in the weekends.
around November last year i decided to prepare to half marathon i had good time that time.i had goal i had plan everything was doing great until i had problem with my calves so i stopped. afrer 2 months of recovery (ive gained another few kilograms of weight) and i decided toi go to gym. everything was fine but i had a lot of exams and work to do so i was always hungry sleepy out of energy.
now whats the main problem. i think that even if i loose weight ill gain mascules and i dont want it bacause i already look quite big and its not only because the fat. i think i need a really hard program to loose weight otherwise if it will take long time i will gain muscless more and more. i have 2 brothers who are reallly well builed and for them its very easy to gain muscles i think similiar is with me.
help me gus i have no idea how to weight 120 pounds again. its my dream and i will do it if there is any hope for me... do you have any advices???
