We know that trying to lose weight should start from the diet and exercise,But drugs supplementary factor can not be ignored. In the more effective weight loss drugs, you will choose which of the following two, talk about your reasons. If you have to use one of these products, please share your experiences. Two products are: Prescopodene Lipovon. Also I want to know that they are really natural, no side effects, effective diet pills do?thanks

I can't recommed any diet pills. The people who make these pills don't want you to lose weight and stay lean, they want you to continue buying their product. As soon as you stop taking the pills, you'll gain your weight right back. There's no substitute for sports and healthy eating habits in weight loss. It's hard work and trying to find the easy way out will only end in frustration and failure.

I know that's not what you want to hear, but it's the truth.

Maybe people have a kind of psychological self-deception, which makes these diet pills have a market. So obviously, these people are still using a lot.

Generally all drugs have side effects and those should not be ignored either.

The fact that something may or may not be natural does not mean that it is good for you or will do us no harm. Many plants are natural but are poisonous.

A quick google of the internet found a review which said this:

Does Prescopodene Have Any Side Effects?
The yerba mate and green tea will contain caffeine so may cause sleep disturbances, jitteriness and headaches if you are caffeine sensitive.
Advantra Z is more a cause for concern. It contains synephrine, which also has a stimulant effect, and although derived from natural fruit – the bitter orange – can raise blood pressure and arrhythmia or irregular heartbeat in even healthy people. Taking Prescopodene could cause more serious heart problems if you suffer from any cardiac condition or heart abnormality.
The manufacturers claim that this is safe with no reported side effects although urge you to seek medical advice if you are taking medicine or surer from any other health condition. It is not suitable for pregnant or breast feeding women.
Some of the ingredients may affect mood. Tyrosine and DMAE can be dangerous in large quantities, with tyrosine possibly addictive.
Caution: You should avoid Prescopodene if you have any type of heart or blood pressure condition. Prescopodene may not be suitable if you have had mental problems or substance dependency and as with other supplements you should not take this if, you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

Also regarding Lipovon

Cautions:
DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DOSE.
DO NOT USE DURING PREGNANCY OR LACTATION.
DO NOT USE IF UNDER 18 YEARS OLD.
DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR ANY DISEASE OF THE NERVOUS SYSTEM.
DO NOT DRINK ALCOHOL.

Everyone considering such a move owes it to themselves to acquaint themselves with the potential dangers...
Google the name of the drug and key words like "warnings" and "side effects".

I agree with the Heretic.
The risks are not worth it.
The benefits from diet pills tend to be short-lived with lost weight regained when the crutch of the pill is removed.
Diet pills are drugs and can cause all sorts of problems from addiction to damaging health.

If people have a medical problem (like thyroid issues for example) they should see a specialist and have that issue treated.

Once people have any such medical issues treated, they should be able to lose weight with food control and exercise.

I was able to lose 50% of my weight in 13 months with just food control and exercise (no pills and no surgery) so that demonstrates that people can lose a lot of weight if they make a determined effort.

The key thing is to believe that you can do it (that no problem is too big) and to not give up the first day that you eat badly.
