you have to understand
robert, u need to understand that at the age of 13 you can't get "jacked". you cant get huge pecs and arms and back and abs...and legs...always forgetting the legs.
your body just wont allow it, no matter what, ur metabolism is thru the roof and ur body is undergoing the most stress it will probably ever go thru because ur growing at such a rapid rate.
what you can do is stay very healthy, lean and strong and if u continue this routine by the time ur 18 yrs old u can get "jacked" very easily by lifting weights. however until then there is only so much u can do.
i recommend you eat healthy, no junk food, plenty of fruits veggies, protein and carbs (ur a growing boy, u need the carbs). just steer clear of candy and soda and fruit punch type drinks.
for excercising i recommend u get into short distance running, maybe run 3 miles every two days and work on push ups, and chin ups. i also recommend you get into sports they will keep you in shape and give ur physical training a focus (its more motivating to get strong knowing you can demonstrate it on the soccer field or basketball court). but for now, i think the most important thing is your diet and some light exercise.
i went thru the same thing as well, when i was 13 i wanted to be jacked. i was 6ft and about 130 lbs..i was skinny. and i tried to hit the weights and nothing came of it. but then i just started jogging and doing some push ups, sit ups and chin ups and i got leaner and more angled looking and now that im 18 im way better off than the rest of my peers.
keep at it and understand that your still growing.
