What would be a realistic aim?

Hello

I've recently decided that i'm tad overweight (14 stone and a little bit.) I'm about 6ft 2 and looking to lose weight (ideally be about 12 stoneish.) I've started a diet, none in particular trying to be healthy, and wanted to now how long it would be for a good aim to try and get to 12 stone.

Current diet:

Breakfast: At the moment either Porridge or Shredded wheat, with skimmed milk. Occasionaly wheetabix.

Lunch : Sandwhich, two pieces of brown bread with either ham or marmite, normally with either carrot/apple.

Tea: Either beans on toast (Are baked beans good for weight loss?) or chicken with peas, baby potatos and gravy, or rice, peas, tuna fish, sweetcorn.

Drinks: Only water atm, normally have a bottle with a bike session (not sure of the size, think its 250ml) and another during the day, so 750ml ish.

Excerise: Only thing beyond walking is I've got a excersise bike recently and do 2 half a hour sessions on it every day, always aim for a mimimum of 200 calories burnt but try and do more and slowly increasing my speed/resistance of bike as time goes by. Occasionly on weekends when I have more free time I try and do a third session, but not that often.

I'm a picky eater, so used to not having much variety with food, but with that as a rough basic template is it a realistic aim to lose weight, and how quickly do you think losing around 2 stone would be?

Many thanks.

i think about 2 or 3 months if you stick to it but don`t forget it has to be a diet you`ll stick to or you`ll just put it all back on.
