Hey everyone, im new to this site, and weight training. Im 6'4 and 175 lbs, skinny, ive been working out for the past 3 weeks as a new years resolution. Ive been taking amplified mass xxx for these 3 weeks and ive seen no change in weight or anything. i know these things take time, but i just wanted to know if im taking the right supplement or if i should switch to creatine or whey protein. Im looking to build my upper strength quick, what would you suggest?
