What will help me out more

Hey everyone, im new to this site, and weight training. Im 6'4 and 175 lbs, skinny, ive been working out for the past 3 weeks as a new years resolution. Ive been taking amplified mass xxx for these 3 weeks and ive seen no change in weight or anything. i know these things take time, but i just wanted to know if im taking the right supplement or if i should switch to creatine or whey protein. Im looking to build my upper strength quick, what would you suggest?
 
The supplement doesn't do it all for you. What type of exercises are you doing to gain weight, how often are you exercising, etc?
