What type of exercise do you do?

Just wondering what everybody's exercise routine is? If its working and how much you hate it or love it.

Reason I ask is a few ladies from my gym asked me how I stay in shape...and when i said "I wrestle a lot and go surfing at every chance I get", they told me that doesn't really help them.
 
I guess they were right coz you will get very few who have interest in wrestle and surfing. Its definitely require huge stamina and energy. But its hardly related to weight loss program.

And ordinary working people who wants to stay fit, they have to do followings in 5-6 days a week:
1) Morning walk/jogging
2) Join Gym/Yoga and do everything under expert's instructions
3) Swim if you can
4) Play if you can
5) Eat less calories and fat foods.
6) Sleep early & wake up early

That's all.

Do it and feel it.

I vary whatever I do. I don't have two days the same in terms of exaclty what I do but I do have a sort of pattern where
I go all out tues,weds,thurs, 1hr45mins to 2 hrs each of those days then 15-20mins of stretching
and then warm up then some stretches and abs or powerplate moves on friday,
3/4 of what I did on other main weekdays for saturday
and then the other 1/4 on sunday followed by an hour of upper arm, thigh and abs on the gym machines and powerplate stretches.

For example, today, weds I went to the gym and did the following:
5 mins warm up on the bike level 5 (max is level 25)
20 mins on the stairmaster changing levels from level 11 to 15 (max 25)
10 mins treadmill, 10km/h incline of 4%
15 mins on the bike level 7
20 mins on the arm cycle level 15 (max is 25)
10 mins on the Stairmaster level 15
10 mins on the treadmill 10km/h of 4% incline
15 mins on the elliptical machine, speed 130 level 14
Cool down on the treadmill, 6.5km/h at 8% incline for 5 mins.

Followed by stretching for 20 mins mixed with some abs.

Similar tomorrow, the levels and pace will stay the same but the times and order will change eg last week I spent 1 hr on the elliptical machine doing intervals of 130 speen but varying the level from 8 for 1 min then 15 for 3 mins.

Interval training is best for boredom and for stamina training, high intensity cardio is best for weight loss and resistance training works well with weight loss as training muscles helps your body to burn more calories as your able to run faster or up the intensity.

My program is 3 workout days. First day is chest, second is arms and 3th day is back. Ii want loss fat 4 month ago. I read one's sovets and stand use him. Now I loss 8 kg fat. I want grow muscles in the future.
