What to wear while jogging

Sorry guys but I'm so psyched on finding this forum and accomplishing my goal I got so many questions to ask!!! Ok I'm starting to jog every morning around 4am-5am, sweating I hear helps you lose weight and it's super cool out (around 55-60 degress farenheit) so should I wear a sweat shirt and maybe even a sweat jacket over that? I also wear shorts not sweatpants so I dont think I could get a heat stroke or anything from this.
 
well id just dress comfortably for what the weather is, i wouldnt go and add extra layers just to sweat. its all water weight and you pretty much add it back on when you drink. the only way to loose weight is a calorie defficite(by exercise and diet)thats where you loose "fat" and not just water. athletes do this for weight ins and such, i dont recomend it buts thats just my 0.02$ ;)
 
I would say just dress comfortably. I wear a long pants and a long sleeve shirt if it's cool outside to keep my muscles warmed up, but if you feel comfortable with what you're wearing, I'm sure that's fine.
