What to eat in the morning?

Well the nutrition forum is pretty much dead, and I was wondering what would be healthy to eat in the morning? A bannana? I usually have a fruit cup in the AM but they are high in sugars and carbs.
Im trying to lose weight.

Oatmeal is ideal. Eggs, oatbran, cottage cheese (I think cottage cheese should be eaten all the time though :D )

Second breakfast should contain carbs from fruits.

Of course we've been beat with the idea that breakfast is most important, which it is...or has been for me anyway.

It's important to make morning meals C+P and tapering off the carbs in the afternoon. (Except for PWO, of course.)

Hope this helped a little.

Oh thats good to know, ive always thought oatmeal is bad b/c of the high carbs. Also, whats a good cereal to eat? Special K is good for you, but its just so... tasteless. Is anything else good?

My daily breakfast: 1/2 cup dry oatmeal w/ 1T milled flax, 1/2 apple cut-up, and some cinnamon; 4 scrambled egg whites; lotsa water!

Sometimes I'll have a WW bagel w/ pumpkin butter (from Trader Joe's - it's delicious!) and 1T milled flax; but I always have the 4 egg whites and water
