What to eat during Strategic Deconditioning phase of HST cycle ?

Or just what to eat during a time of not working out ?

It's the last of my 8-week HST cycle, so next week it's time for me to relax ;) I do feel my body needs it, not only because of the increased load & going to failure all the time, but also because the past week, it were the famous "Lokerse Feesten", a festival here in my town ;) And that generally means 10 days in a row going out till the early hours and drinking more alcohol than is healthy for your body ;)

Anyway, I was wondering, what to eat during this resting phase ?
I'm afraid that if I continue consuming as much as now, that my body will just turn it into fat instead of using it to build muscle. I'm afraid of gaining even more fat around my waiste, I really don't want to eat more calories than my body needs.
Should I cut down on protein (to for instance 1 gr / kg bodyweight instead of 2 gr ?), cut down on carbs, stay off fats,... ?
Or should I just continue eating as much and not worry about the fat gains ? Or perhaps do some cardio ?
