What to do?

Hello,

I am just coming up to 18 years old, i have been going to the gym for a good 6 months now but not being consistent. The main reason is because of the fact that i have never been able to work out a diet.

i now go to the gym at least 4 days a week and on the other two days I'm playing football for my team.

MONDAY- GYM (day of college)
TUESDAY- COLLEGE(10AM-3PM) GYM(3PM-5PM)
WEDNESDAY-GYM (day of college) Football Training(8:30PM-9:30PM)
THURSDAY-COLLEGE(10AM-3PM) GYM(3PM-5PM)
FRIDAY- WORK (possibly gym)
SATURDAY- DAY OFF
SUNDAY - FOOTBALL

I WORK NIGHTS (early morning's 2AM-7AM MON,WED,FRI)

So basically i have never been able to get into a decent diet and just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas to help me out?

I weigh about 12stone and am looking to loose weight and tone up, my main aim is my chest back and arms.
