what to do

ok guys i have a bit of a problem. Ive started my cut for summer, and ive purposely stalled and raised to maintenance the last 2 weeks because I havent been able to find time to go to the gym last week and this week I just feel like eating a bit more. Now I am not in great need of a cut, and think that I'll probably just start my bulk again as I already look fine. The problem is that for the next 4 weeks I'll be doing deliveries for my pharmacy on my bike, around 8 hours a day of biking 5 days a week. Let it also be known that its a driving route so i'll be covering a good bit of the city lots of hills and all. Now I dont mind losing like 4-5 pounds as I can hopefully keep my gym at 3 days a week, but to me it seems like this is going to melt all the fat off my body, but im scared i'll lose a lot of muscle as well. I will find the time to eat hopefully my like 6 meals a day but 8 hours of biking is going to burn a lot of calories. Im not sure if I can sub in that much food.


Any suggestions would really be appreciated

Hi, have your 3 main meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner...in between have a high calorie protein bar, protein shake or sports drink. Take in around 10 grams of Glutamine, 5 and 5. Keep your daily protein intake around the same as your body weight or more.

Make sure you up your calories mr. Oh and get some of those good drugs and sell them on the street for food and supplement money :D
 
myabe try switching food choices ie eat peanut butter it has alot of cals but essential fats so your still eating clean.
