Ok so I am currently about 157 pounds there abouts down from about 240 at the start of july. I joined a gym and have been going as often as possible doing a mixture of weights and cardio. I am developing muscle and such and obviously I do look quite a bit different than back in july but for the life of me I cannot shift the stomach fat. I can see my rib bones easily enough not exactly a positive I know yet I still have a bit too much stomach fat for my liking. Its quite soft so I assume taht means most of the visceral fat is gone but i'm not sure how much more weight I can lose without worrying people. I just want a flat stomach but I don't know how to get it. Anyone got any ideas, Oh and my diet is pretty ok I think. everything in moderation, cut out sugary drinks, chocolate for the most part( a small bit eevery now and then), rarely have crisps, eat fruit vegetables and such. What more can I do?
