What to do?

I was exercising on and off for months, and 2 weeks ago I started working out consistently(every day). I'm not that big of a dude. I'm a straight 6 feet tall, and weigh 165(maybe 163)pounds, which is normal weight for someone my height and age. I have belly fat covering my abs though, so even though I'm normal weight I still need to loose weight. I know that you can't target a specific area of the body for fat loss, but I really don't have fat anywhere else. What kinds of exercising could I do to loose what little fat I have? I've been eating healthier and am going to start eating totally healthy. I'm also buying weights later on today and was wondering what kind of lifting I should do to tone my arms, back, and chest.

That's a very broad question. Pushups and plank variations can get the toning you want without any weights.

Losing a bit of weight has everything to do with burning more calories than you take in. You can eat as healthy as you like, but if your caloric intake is still too high, you won't lose any weight without doing a lot of exercise.

My suggestion: keep the healthy diet. 30m of cardio / day and screw the weights (if it's not too late)
