Hey, after working out what is the best thing to do, if it's stretching what do you do after that?
Exactly what I doAfter working out? I'd put it in this order
1. Stretch
2. Protein shake + dextrose before even walking out of the gym
3. Shower
4. 1.5 hours AFTER your pwo shake, eat a p/c meal
I usually lay around for awhile.
