What time is good to work out to reduce fats

Hi I am new on this group.
I need to reduce 15-20 lbs.I am doing exercise from last 1 months couldnt see any change.I am totally on low carb food.5 meals a day.High protein.
I have one concern.Whether to do work out in morning and if we do work out in morning , do I need to eat anything before going to gym?
Answers will be appreciated.

Thanks for you immediate reply.I can work out in morning also...or late afternoon also.I am totally commited now.just need guidance.
5 meals I take breakfast,protein shake, salad, apple, some low carb food in evening and night dinner.

if i do work out in morning do I need to eat anything before work out?
