What the... OMG! YAYE!

I'm more stunned then anything else. I got on my scale a second ago and it keeps telling me i'm 233.8 lbs. Last week when I weight myself I was 247.2 and I've been struggeling with staying on my diet. I haven't even exercised this week, plus I've been drinking soda.

I try to only weigh myself once a week, and usually at the same time of night. But I can't believe that i've lost 15 lbs this week. I was in such shock, that my first thought was "my scale has got to be broken!"

The only possibly reason I could've lost that much weight is my job. We had to do a catering event on Saturday and I spent several hours loading and unloading the van.

Have you just started your weight loss journey? And maybe only recently cut out the more naughty foods? Sometimes at the beginning when making a big change - and having a big exertion day as you did - our bodies can really drop some big numbers. While I wouldn't count on it continuing this quickly, that sure is a nice jump start. Maybe if you cut down on a lot of salty things quickly your body gave up a lot of water with it? Anyway - just enjoy it and don't question it too much. If it would happen every week - well, I'd be worried then. But today this is cause for saying yippee!
