I like anything with omega 3, and I think probiotics help too.

I have taken l-arginine as supplement to increase protein synthesis but only advantage that gave me was help me lift more weight at gym, waste of money

Hi there,
I tend to use organic capsules often. They have lots of benefits. They boost my energy, help improve my digestion, even my allergies.
