what should I eat

I am not wanting to gain alot of weight by bulking, I want my weight to be about 170-175, Im about 185 now. I was wondering what to eat to get in my 2100 calories a day, so I dont burn muscle and still gain muscle. I already eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day, and I only eat vegetables, fruit and meat, basically anything with protein. :confused:

You could be putting too much stress on protiens... If you eat too much, your body will convert it to extra energy. from what I've read, you should get about 1-1.5 times your body weight in grams of protein per day, but more can cause you to start taking on weight.

As Strong Bad says, "Too much of a good thing is an awesome thing. But, too much of an awesome thing can sometimes be a bad thing."
 
I'm confused. You want to lose weight, but you want to gain muscle? You have to do one at a time. If you wanna get down to 170-175, eat healthy and do cardio. If you wanna gain muscle you have to eat more.
 
I didnt think that it made to much sense after I posted it. I mean that I want to be 170-175 and have good sized muscles. Not be a bodybuider.
