I am not wanting to gain alot of weight by bulking, I want my weight to be about 170-175, Im about 185 now. I was wondering what to eat to get in my 2100 calories a day, so I dont burn muscle and still gain muscle. I already eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day, and I only eat vegetables, fruit and meat, basically anything with protein.
