to lose weight and the healthy way.. i have begun watching how many calories i take in and have been eating alot of fruit and dirnking only strawberry flavored water and somtimes tea. i run everyday for 15 mins but i was wondering if you knew any excersize programs or sites with a good cardio, or strength training site that offers free excersizes and plans... if so i would truly appreciate it.
