What should I charge for use of my Studio??

For those who either own a small personal training studio or go to one, I am curious what others charge or pay for the use. Also, was there and initial cost involved.

The reason I ask is because I'm about to open my own very soon. A little background my studio:

1000 sq. ft fully stalked gym with machines, free weights and cardio equipment.

Demographics-mostly rural, middle age folks with an average income of 40-50k.

Usually, the trainers start by paying for every time they train someone there. You could charge a certain percentage of what they charge their clients. Once they've got a good client base, you can charge them a rent-type payment to train as many clients as they want.
