Sport What protein shake is right for me?

Hello, I am currently trying to come up with an exercise regimen and I am wondering what type of Protein Shake would be right for me. I am trying to gain muscle and be tone....... or toner.

Age: 18
Body Fat: 7.5%
Weight: 141
Height: 5 ft 11
Total Body Fat: 11lbs

Also by looking at the picture, could anyone give me any advice to improve my work out? I basically do anything about now, but now that I have a PE class I average around 100 min of exercise every other day.

Errr... All i can see is your abs under a dodgy light. I dont know what your fitness is like, Diet, strength, what you have access to.

You dont have musch fat, so try working everything else. i.e. Strength, muscle size, fitness, flexibilty etc...

Protien shake - Any thing cheap. As long as its got over 70% protien per 100g.
