What kind of diet plan I can do when too busy?

When it comes to dieting many of us find that the number one hindrance to our success is the lack of time to prepare the proper meals and snacks for our dietary needs. It is often much more convenient to throw one thing in the crock pot for the family or resort to the fast food last resort rather than preparing the healthy and nutritious meal that we should be eating. So what are the alternative for this issues?

What is your issue with crock pots lol

you need to increase your awareness of healthy cooking if you think meals cooked in a crock pot or slow cooker are unhealthy.

I like weight watchers. That is pretty much how I was raised to eat as a kid. Regular mealtimes, eat at the kitchen table with the family, second portions were frowned upon, we cleaned up after dinner and moved on to a different activity before bed. We did not open the fridge in between meal times, and everything in the fridge was planned for a specific meal. It wasn't hard...it was just how one behaved in regard to food and meals. I pretty much raised my own kids the same way. THEN...when the kids got older, and we all got so busy, it was too easy to order a pizza or grab a bag of burgers. I was not raised that way at all! Once I started eating that way regularly...it became the norm and I found myself moving away from home cooked meals and towards restaurant eating and fast food. What a slippery slope! There is a specialty restaurant for every meal! And...it is not that expensive...so it is an easy trap to fall into. It has become very tempting to plan all of our meals out. But...I think I am truly sick of it! I want to go back to home cooking. Wish me luck, and let me know if you have any delish recipes that are low calorie and healthy. Good luck to everyone here.

Hey, to lose weight and keep it off you need to make lifestyle changes. You don't NEED to prepare healthy meals. Just cut back on calories. Find out what you need to eat to stay at your current weight. Search Google for BMI calculator and put your details in. Then just eat 250 calories less than you need to each day and do 30 minutes of exercise per day. Hope this helps :)

It's all about calorie expenditure burn more than what you're eating, not into exercise try a weight loss group or such as slimming world or weight watchers, it will help with support, there is some info here about weight watchers it may be right for you it may not be but its worth a read,

One of the diet agenda which can work is one meal a day diet where breakfast is eaten and lunch and dinner take the form of fresh fruits and vegetables. Here the idea is to eat a big breakfast with all fat, protein and carbohydrate and limit the lunch to fruit and dinner to vegetables. This means you have a proper diet and also will lose weight quick.
