What is YOUR weight loss goal?

I'm curious - how many of you are interested in dropping
a LOT of weight vs. just a small amount (a small amount
being 10-15 lbs)?

...What's your "ultimate weight loss goal?"
 
i want to drop between 5-10 pounds in 3 more weeks. so i can hav the measurments 34-24-33. im 5,9 and at the moment i weight 130 pounds but want to be between 120-125 pounds.
 
I'm 5`3, 127 lbs... I want to be 107 lbs. so...around 20 lbs. but I'm not sure how to lose it so I'm researching right now...
 
i probably win... i'm 5'8 1/2 at 17o lbs and want to lose 50+ pounds at a healthy rate. realistically tho i just want to lose weight until i feel healthy.
 
AspiredChic, at your height, you'd be underweight at anything less than 125 lbs :) I'd stick with your plan about feeling healthy!
 
small amount... 8-10 lbs.... depending on how i feel after that.... i'm not overweight, just want to slim down a bit...
 
for me, i want to stay at my present weight but lose bodyfat and gain lean bodyweight. more accurately i want to lose inches off my waist and maintain my arms, calves, chest, etc

so far i've gone from a 36 1/4" to a 34 1/2" waist and i've maintained my size :)
 
My goal is in my siggie. Current weight loss is 34 pounds target is another 26 pounds meaning a total of 60 pounds. I also want to increase muscle mass a little and tone up.
