One of the most important thinks, that is often left out, is not to abdicate sth! If you want to lose weight long-term, you have to find a constant way for your nutrition...it has to become a habit and not a fight!

The best all around way to weight loss/control and fitness today is the same as it has been for 50+ years.
What worked best then, is STILL what works best today.

A 3-part program that combines ....

(1) Lean protein + complex carb diet
(2) Some weight resistance training
(3) Some cardio training

Figure about 3 times per week of activity (60-90 minutes per session)
THIS is really the best all around way for true fitness and weight management.
Sadly - the snake oil salesmen of the 1800s are still alive and well today offering "magic pills" and false promises that people still seem willing to waste money on.

I would have to recommend Yoli. My hubby and I have been on the products for 3 or so months and have had lots of success not only with weight loss, but other health issues as well. My hubby no longer has acid reflux or joint pain. I have more energy and less sugar cravings. All while achieving our weight loss goals! It's truly been life changing for us. This system balances pH making weight loss a side effect. It also teaches you what to eat and when!

Weight Watchers is regarded as one of the most successful diets for many.

Weight Watchers is one of the programs with the highest failure rate, and the lowest amount of people who manage to maintain a lower weight over time. It's expensive and overhyped, but essentially, it will not give you the tools to keep the weight off once it's off.

KNOWLEDGE is power. Everyone is different. What works for others may not work for you. My diet works insanely well for me, but my wife gains weight on it. So she has to eat differently than i. We also exercise differently. She only does what I consider the "normal" routine. I only do HIIT.

My recommendation is find what works for you. Listen to others and all they have to say but try different things and find something for you.

My motto: Eat less, Exercise more. :)
But if you want to get even better results cut out refined sugar, eat clean, whole foods, nothing processed.
And hang with people who have the same "food morals" you do. You are not only what you eat - but who you hang around with!

How about detoxing/cleansing first? I started a 10 day transformation to detox/cleanse my body and have lost 7 pounds on the cleanse. After 4 months i have lost 18 pounds and continue to lose weight. I am having great success as well as many people that I know. I no longer crave for sweets, my body craves for healthy foods and I feel much healthier then ever before. It's about changing your lifestyle to make healthier choices.

I believe you have to think in a sustainable, simple and healthy way to lose weight and be happy with you results. So whatever program you do that have those prequisites it's a good choice (in my opinion).

I don't know if you ever heard about "Xina Incredible Fat Loss".

Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate got a wonderful weight loss transformation with it. I suggest you to check it out in google to find some more info.

I tried Weight Watchers and it was not for me I could not sustain it. I also tried eating healthy and exercise but only lost around 4KG and stayed there. I recommend ATKINS its great I never feel hungry as the meals are very satisfying, I have more energy than I have had since I can remember and I have lost weight at a pretty steady pace which definitely keeps you motivated.

When you are losing weight, it is best to exercise and diet together.
If an individual exercise without a diet, you will get bigger appetite, which
Will lead to increase of pounds, or muscle increase
Underneath the excess fat layer, and allow you to bulkier.

I can't vouch for everyone, but after struggling with Cancer 8 years ago and being a former semi-pro soccer player I had a very warped sense of how to do rehab and get the results I wanted. My girlfriend has recently introduced my to the Beachbody programs and I am absolutely blown away at the successes I've had. Initially I had just started hitting weights and running at the gym, NO RESULTS then I got on Shakeology and FOCUS T25 and in 4 weeks I have surpassed my expectations so much so that I am now coaching and helping my girlfriend with her business. My regular day job is as a senior technical director so I'm not hurting for cash, but when I firmly believe in something then I commit to it. I'm open to issues/concerns/questions regarding what I do today.

This program really helped me!

I kept looking and trying different diets and fads and still struggled to lose.
My friend showed me this program and i decided i would try it.
It actually did work. I lost 31lbs my first month. I didnt even think i could lose that much I was determined my metabolism was messed up lol
give it a try. I hope some of you have the same success as me :)

The absolute best way is a Cleansing and fat burning system with Undenatured Protein. If people who want to lose weight or never could lose weight would do this they would never say the word diet again!!! It is a lifestyle not a diet of building lean muscle and burning fat by detoxing your cells in the body as well as building lean muscle all at the same time. This is a system that is 10 years ahead of its time unfortunately, a majority of people still want to count calories and look down on scales.

This type of system is proven time and time again that it works 100% of the time with 0 failure so far with the people we work with. As always eating whole nutrient foods is important as well as exercise.
But then again 80% of the people we help get results do not work out or exercise.

Never forget these words "Calories are not the Enemy, It's the TOXINS in our Body!!!!

Live Well and Adventurously,

I think they said no spamming in the very first post. Either that or your post is full of it. 10 years ahead of its time...:banghead:

I lost 69 pounds without any motivation. There are a few basic principles I kept, which are: low carb and all the carbs are good carbs (veggies, fruits), no starch, eat protein with every meal, eat helthy fat with every meal, eat till I'm 80 percent full then stop.

I never counted calories, never felt hungry and I didn't push myself at all. I lost all these weight in 2 years. Implemented every habit by taking tiny steps. For example eating slow for 2 weeks. Nothing else. I also worked out first 6 days a week for no more than 30 minutes a day and mostly resistant training, now I work out 3 times a week, up to 30 minutes a day.

I didn't do dieting, it is how I eat. It was effortless. After 20 years of yoyoing, dieting and hating myself finally I unlearned all the crap I knew and went back to the basics. It worked perfectly. And for the first time in my life I am maintaining my weight without struggle.

So I think the best program is pick the basic principles that work and implement them by going so slow that everything feels easy and no need for motivation.
